This policy explains how you can cancel your Serenity Discount Club subscription, which is managed by our partner, Serenity AI.
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your membership includes a 7-day trial period. If you cancel during the trial period (within 7 days of enrollment), you will not be charged

After the trial period, your subscription renews automatically. Upon cancellation after being charged, your access to the membership benefits will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

Refund Policy
If you cancel during the 7-day trial period, you will not be charged at all. [FOR EU: Under EU law, if you cancel within 14 days of enrollment, you are entitled to a full refund.] After the trial period [FOR EU: and 14-day withdrawal period], we do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made part-way through a billing cycle.
